The other option i was thinking if i got Lion is there a disc version of Lion and! Will windows 7 recognize the disc? Thanks for the help.

There is no disk version of Lion. It's either a download from the App store or purchase the $69.99 Lion flash drive direct from Apple. To answer your question regarding drivers, the retail Snow Leopard DVD contains drivers for Vista which mostly work for Windows 7. Since you already have Windows 7 loaded, all you probably would need to do is update Boot Camp from within Windows 7.
