Correct path for downloading on media player
    Hi all,

I'd like to download directly onto my external media player from my Macbook Pro 2010. So, I need to direct all downloads to this machine, but I am not sure what the correct path is.

    So, for example: /volumes/share/downloads

Share is the name of the drive of the mediaplayer, and downloads the name of the underlying folder. The thing I'm not sure about is the /volumes.

    Does anyone have an idea?

What kind of external media player are you referring to? You can certainly download directly to an external hard drive or even a USB flash drive but I'm not sure what you mean by an external media player.
