software update and installer not launching.

Member Since: Nov 08, 2010 Location: Indiana Posts: 879 Mac Specs: 13" Retina Pro, iPhone 5, iPad 4, iPod touch 3-5, iMac 27	08-09-2011, 10:57 PM I have an ibook g4 running tiger and i want to finish installing updates. I am having an issue where when i run software update checks about half way and crashes. Also when i try and run installer it doesnt even launch. I restored it at the apple store today and got 10.4.11 installed and now nothing else will. What can i do?
