Do you mean 10.3.9? Panther? And you want to upgrade to Tiger 10.4?

If that is the case you need to purchase 10.4 Tiger from somewhere like Ebay I guess. 10.4 Tiger is not a Service Pack, but a new OS. Needs to be purchased just like say if you were running Windows 2000 and wanted to upgrade to Windows XP.

Make sure any Tiger OS disk is the full retail version (black colour) and not the grey model-specific one(s).

If you manage to find/buy a Tiger install disk, and get it installed successfully, it'll be OS 10.4.1 (I imagine), because the last of the eMacs (2005) came out with Tiger already installed (all previous eMacs had OS ranging from 10.1 to 10.3.x). You will then need to upgrade incrementally from the Apple website from 10.4.1 to 10.4 11, the final issue of Tiger.

I'm leaving now to go and find myself. If I should return before I get back, please ask me to wait.
