Photoshop CS to CS4 upgrade and Lion

I have the upgrade edition of CS4 which I originally installed over the full version of CS. I am wanted to get a new mac which will come with Lion and I am wondering if I will be able to install CS so that I can then install CS4 on top of it. I don't know that I need CS to actually work, I think I just need it to be installed so that CS4 can be installed.

Does anyone know if this will work with Lion?

Well, I have an upgrade to CS5.5. I can install CS5.5 directly, it just asks for my SN for my qualifying install. The original CS won't install, but I bet the install for 4 is similar (can always call Adobe to verify, they're ALWAYS extremely helpful)
