Mac OS Lion

I've read many reviews in a few places in regards to Mac OS Lion, however i wonder if anyone out there actually has it and could tell me if its worthwhile upgrading to it. I have heard that there are issues with time-machine!! Is this true and is there a fix to whatever problems there are??
