I just upgraded to Lion and now my Time Machine gives me the following error message when I attempt to back up: "The network backup disk does not support the required AFP features."

I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'd really appreciate some assistance with this issue.

Thank you in advance for any help anyone can offer.

Did you 'hack' your way around getting a networked disk to work? Ie, force acceptance of non-supported disks?

Also, I just found this...

OS X Lion loses compatibility with some network-attached storage drives | 9to5Mac | Apple Intelligence

Which then points to

Does anyone know what third party storage systems are compatible with Lion? My WD "My Book for Mac" failed since I upgraded. If I would have know some of these issues with Lion I would have stayed with Leopard. Getting to be a pain!
