I routinely manually dim my screen to black with the F1 key when I walk away from my MacBook Pro (OS X 10.6.8).
But lately it won't stay dimmed. When I come back to it, the screen is slightly lit up again. If i press a button, the screen immediately dims back to black. I checked in System Preferences to make sure it's set to NOT automatically adjust to ambient light. Anyone know what the problem is? |
