I've no idea how this happened, but 4 pictures made it all the way in my 'places' in finder.. it doesn't cause any problem, i just want to get rid of them. I created them temporarily and they were deleted a while ago. The items are un-clickable, un-movable. I can't get rid of them!!

any ideas?

thanks

Damiano

It's pretty easy to accidentally drop an item on the side bar. If you don't want it there, just right-click on it and choose "remove from Side Bar".

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

Did you try dragging them off the side bar while holding down the command key?

Chscag,

I'd like to thank you as well. Had the same thing (a photo in my places) that would not go. Anyway the Command drag did the trick.

You have no idea how much annoyance you prevented from entering the world.
