What Mac? What version of OS? What software do you have running when the system is going to sleep?

Is this the latest iMac or a previous generation? I also have a 27" iMac and once about every 2 weeks or so, I do find that the system doesn't want to wake up from sleep, I end up having to power-down by holding the power button and then restart.
I haven't bothered to narrow it down to a specific application or anything that's causing the problem since it happens far enough apart that I could care less.. Usually I have Chrome, Mail, Preview/Adobe Reader, Fraise, iTunes and about half a dozen other utilities running.. -- Regards ...Ashwin Be sure to read the Community Guidelines | The more information you provide, the better answers you get, remember GIGO. |
