I would like to search my entire iMac for files with a specific extension (thumbs.db, from Windows) and delete them. How can I do this?

    Specs:
    Mac Mini (Late 2014) 2.6GHz Intel Core i5 Memory: 8GB 1600MHz DDR3
    Command-F

Click on "Kind" arrow, select "Other"

Go down the list to "File extension" and check the box

    The rest is intuitive
