Hi, I'm upgrading from tiger to snow leopard, which I gather is possible to do. I was wondering though does this product include the software or is this just a license? I need the OS for a small business.
Thanks for any help

To upgrade from Tiger to Snow Leopard you need this one Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard Volume Licenses: 10-99 Seats (price per license) - upgrade from Tiger - Apple Store for Business(Republic of Ireland)
The one you linked to was just Leopard -> Snow Leopard

It includes just the licences.

External hard disk acquisition addict - but admitting the problem is the first step to a robust backup

This is a link to the media set:
Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard Media Set (DVD) - Apple Store for Business(Republic of Ireland)

Though if the small business is only one Mac then the Snow Leopard Box set is the one to go for Mac Box Set - Apple Store for Business(Republic of Ireland)
