Strange window appearing, please help,

I keep getting this box on screen which seems to slow my mac down,
I cant do anything with it as the rolling ball appears when i go on it,
can anyone help?

Do you have Real Player installed? If you do, uninstall it but be sure to use the uninstaller that comes with Real Player.

Also once i,ve un installed realplayer should i just re install it and hope that sorts it out
