Battery Charge % not updating

Mac Specs: MBP 2.66Ghz i7 8GB 1067 Mhz DDR3 240GB OWC Mercury EXTREME Pro SSD & 480GB Mercury Pro SSD

The battery charge percentage does not update on it's own anymore. If I click on it and cycle the percentage to "off" then click on it again and set it to show the percentage, the charge shows it's current condition.

It used to update on it's own, what's up with this??
