You mean you don't have "Servicos"?

    Specs:
MacBook Unibody 13" 150 GB HDD
Try resetting Finder, Apple Button > Force Quit > Finder > Relaunch. See if that fixes it.

Menu settings are part of the system User Interface (UI). On my Mac, the plist for that is here: HD/Users/MyUserName/Library/Preferences

    The file is called com.apple.systemuiserver.plist

Not sure how that will translate. But, if you can locate the file, move it to your Desktop.
Now Restart the computer. It will make a new plist file in the same folder. Did that fix it?

    Specs:
    Imac 27" Retina 3.3GHz, 512GB Flash, 16GB memory, OS X.11.4.
That is for emptying the trash. Put something in the trash and see if it comes up or maybe you have set up to empty trash automatically?
Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

He has empty trash, just not secure empty trash.

I'm not sure why it's not there though.
