Music volume adjusts from app to app?

Member Since: Sep 06, 2008 Posts: 733 Mac Specs: 13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.	06-07-2011, 08:33 PM I just upgraded to Snow Leopard and noticed the music playing in my Cog player began to lower its volume while I jumped from app to app. How can I turn this function off?
