Hi there
As I said in my last topic I am a total newbie and don't know a great deal about macs so please forgive my ignorance. My problem This morning I was browsing the web and my cursor froze in the top Left corner of the screen. I restarted the system and it went. About a hour late this happened again and a restart did not solve the problem. After googling the problem on my phone a PRAM restart was advised, I did this and it did not solve the problem. I then was told to try a PMU restart which I tried and this also did not solve the problem. When a separate mouse is installed the problem is still apparent . Can anyone advise me on anything to do to solve this problem? Thanks |

I'm also fairly new to Mac... And have a similar problem. My cursor is also stuck. I have tried restarting, unplugging, and some other commands. But nothing is getting it to move... It is picking up when I click it, as the drop menu comes down. I can also use my keyboard fine, as I can log in, etc. But for the rest, I can't use my computer at all, and I'm literally freaking out as I have so much work to do and need my Mac for that.... Please, please can someone help me?? Thank you!!
