File sizes no longer displayed after Time Machine backup?

All the files I moved over to my new Mac using Time Machine no longer have their file size displayed in the Size column in Finder. Can I get that information back somehow?

I'm guessing that you are using the Column view in Finder if you want to see a Size column. Use "command+j" or in Finders "View" menu select "Show View Options" and put a check in the Size box and another in the "Calculate all sizes" box.
