OS X - Operating System General OS operation information and support

In 10.3 is their a way i can keep the Ibook to display when I shut the screen.

Hello i was wanting to know if their is a way in 10.3 were i can close the lid of the computer and still use my TV as a display.

Typically folks do this via "Clamshell Mode". Here's a link to explain:

The one thing I'm not sure of is if there is a minimum OS version requirement. The Apple article I linked above does not mention a minimum OS requirement...so maybe you have to give it a try to see if it will work with OS 10.3.
