Do I have to worry about viruses and malware on OSX? I have a new iMac that's running the latest edition of OSX. I just had a malware involuntarily start downloading to my computer. I clicked cancel then looked for it. I could not find it in the downloads folder. However, I did see a malware.zip file in my trash. Does OSX automatically put a dangerous file like that in the trash?
QUOTE Thanks

It was nice of the malware writer to name it something that could be easily recognized...
