Some app left this behind and I can't get rid of it.
On my friends Mac this question mark is appearing in finder. And when you click on it, this message appears. I'm thinking this was left behind by some application he installed and uninstalled. I tried running Onyx but that didn't seem to get rid of it. Any other ideas?

I can't see your image here at work, but is it a question mark in the Finder window tool bar? If so, then Cmnd click on it and you can drag it off.

Does anybody else have this problem where they post things and then immediately find the solution? Turns out all he had to do was right click on the question mark and hit "remove"

Wow really guys? Clicking the button in an image? Well done Anthony.
Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
