Why isn't my camera pictures showing up?

I have a mac and my cannon d7 does not show up when i connect it to the computer.....anyone have any idea of what the problem is and how i can fix it?

Make sure you have the latest drivers for the camera, this link below should cover it.

Just read the card itself. Take it out of the camera and insert it in the MacBook if SD or SDHC, in a card reader if it's CF.

It should work over USB aswell, assuming you turn the camera on once connected to the computer of course!
