Hello,
My macbook pro the 2010 version randomly restarts. Not a full restart where you would see the white screen and the apple logo but just one where the screen goes light blue and i have to re-login and it loads my dock and all my start on boot programs (i.e Skype) this is the second time i had to retype this it just happens at random times it also reset my settings i had it so when i highlighted text it was in another color other than blue now its back to blue. Any ideas what this could be?

Welcome to the Mac Forums.

Random restarts could be related to bad memory modules or power supply problems. If your MBP is still under warranty, I suggest making an appointment with your local genius bar at the Apple store and take it on in for them to check.
