At times, my blue-tooth is very finicky.
When I try to connect a mouse, and I disconnect the mouse, and turn off the BT, I have to RESTART my Mac before BT can be turned on again.
If I don't restart the Mac, the blue-tooth will be in a perpetual "turning on" mode and never actually execute.

I just installed the software update as well.
This happens not just for mice, but if I try to connect to my phone as well.

Any help? Thanks.

Try an SMC reset.

Let us know if that works.

i was having that problem tonight. I changed the batteries in the keyboard, and it still wasn't working..

Then i realized my bluetooth wasn't in the corner.

I had to shut off my computer, I gave it an hour, and when i turned it back on the little tuxedo was on my dock.

i hope i dont have to do this every time, I am going to try that SMC reset.
