Help with open directory needed

Hi All,

I am having a nitemare setting permissions to user account we are creating in Open Directory.

I have setup users and these are fine. No permission have been set for applications on these specific users e.g C4. They have been added to another "group" account that was also created. All the permissions for the application have been added to the Group user. and the "C4" user has been added to the group.

When logged in as the user and launching the applications, we get error's for permissions, it seems like the user account in Open Directory isnt picking up the permisions from the Groups we have setup.

Anyone have any useful tips?

Verify the permissions on the target with the ls-la command.

Try to specify just user permissions to see if that works.
