Hi.
I'm working on my master's thesis project, which involves showing short films I have made in a neighborhood of Miami to the residents of the neighborhood via touchscreen interactive multimedia kiosks. Each kiosk has a video camera that records viewers' responses to three specific questions after the conclusion of each short movie. The kiosk does not have a keyboard or a mouse. Viewer input is only through the touch screen. An example of the movies is here: "This is Overtown" on Vimeo I need to prevent viewers from stopping the movies, once they've started, by touching the screen (the equivalent of a mouse click), for the duration of the movie. Does anyone have any ideas how to make this happen? Thanks! The kiosks are running on Mac Minis, OS 10.6.7. |
