Hi,

When I try to schedule an automatic shutdown on my mac it fails if vlc player is running. At the scheduled shutdown time I receive an error saying along the liens of "vlc player was unable to shutdown properly so system could be not shutdown". Is there a way to force the mac shutdown regardless of if an error message is received or not ?

Thanks
