Hi can someone please help me?

I have a 2007 Macbook that is currently running Tiger OS 10.4.11. My spouse recently purchased a brand new Macbook that has Snow Leopard OS X v10.6.

After using my spouses computer I really like Snow Leopard better then Tiger. Would I be able to use the software that came with my spouses MacBook to upgrade my older Macbook?

Thank you for the help.

No, it is a single use license and her disc will not install on your machine.

You need to go get purchase your own copy of Snow Leopard.

Why don't people understand that this question is similar to asking if you can use your Toyota's engine in both the Toyota and your Hummer?

Hey - at least give the guy credit for recognizing the potential conflict and asking the question. That's 100x better than the ones that know better - and are seeking ways to cheat the system anyway.

And the guy did have the manners to ask and say please!

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
