I tried to clear some space on my Macbook Pro (2010 model), but I ended up deleting some system files and freezing my computer. Now whenever I try to start it up, I get a grey screen that tells me to restart my computer. After researching similar problems, I've learned that this could either be hardware or software. However, I believe it is merely a software issue, because I can still boot into my Windows 7 partition. I am unable to go into safe-mode, and I tried to use Apple+S on startup to fsck my disk, but my computer froze as soon as single-user mode started. I also tried to use Option on startup to boot into my OSX Install disk, but that also didn't work either. I am still under warranty, so should I take it to an Apple store, or does anyone have a solution?

What's there to research? You said you deleted some system files, so you should reinstall OS X. In the future, don't delete anything unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing.

Standing request for all troubleshooting: Please provide your Mac model/year and OS version. Also advise us if you have used or installed any antivirus, security, or "cleaning" software on your Mac. If you have installed MacKeeper in particular, you are hereby advised to uninstall it.

If all else fails to fix your problem, read this tip.

Alright, I got it to boot into the disk. Will I lose anything, or will it just replace the missing/corrupt files?

You won't lose anything if you do an Archive and Install. Make sure you read this first.
