Upgrading to snow leopard, please help.

clicking the left mouse button often acts as a right-click 'system preferences' has gone missing all sorts of issues. i'm running tiger on my '06 desktop, bought a SnowLeopard disc a while ago that i havent used yet, and figured hey why not just wipe this thing clean, and start anew with 10.6? What do i need to know about completely emptying this thing out and beginning with my 10.6 disk??? Any help is greatly appreciated, i'm pretty dependent on this comp 2-3 days a week for both work and school. Thanks guys!

You can install Snow Leopard straight on top of Tiger. Just put the disc in and follow the instructions, but do a backup of your Mac first. |
