Disk Utility Repair Detail Question

When doing a 'Repair Disk Permission,' the last line I get is: Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired. Should this concern me and if yes, what can I do to correct it? Thank you very much in advance!
