Change app icon in doc

How does one change the application icon on the right side of the doc in Leopard (10.5.8)? Is it possible or am I stuck with the default mp3 icon?

You're going to have to help us out here. What mp3 icon are you referring to in your Dock? Are you referring to the default icon for mp3 files?
