Cannot Remove Cd

Ok,,my customer calls me said she cannot remove cd from drive ?


I go over customers house,,here is what she did,,
1-used bootcamp to partion and install windows
2- I arrive and on screen it says hot any key to boot to cd (keyboard did not respond)
3-I used command-e to eject didnt work
4-tried f12 didnt work

does anyone know how to remove the cd from a mac that is stuck in boot mode for windows 7 im lost.

Try restarting the Mac and right when you hear the first chime, press and hold the left mouse button.

Don't forget to use the Reputation system on the left. (Second button from the left)

Put your GREY disks in your safety deposit box
