Migration Assistant - Fusion Partition
I have an old MacPro (1.1 2006/7 Model) to which I want to migrate Windows XP partition + Fusion from my MacBookPro. I no longer have a need for a windows partition in that I recently installed Office 2011 for MAC on the MacBook. I would like to eliminate my very old windows stand alone system that sits side by side with my MacPro. However, I have several applications that I need to retain running in the MS environment. Is it possible to utilize Migration Assistant and transfer the Windows partition to my MacPro and then delete it from the MacBook.
The details for the MacPro follows:
Model Identifier:MacPro1,1
Operating System: MAC X OS 10.6.5
Processor Name: 2 X 3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon
L2 Cache (per processor): 4 MB
Bus Speed:1.33 GHz
MEMORY 20 GB 667 MHZ DDR2 FB-DIMM
Thanks,
Koyangie
