Hi,

I noticed this icon (circled in red in the picture) in the color menu, the one that comes up when you edit text options using command + T in pages, any ideas on what it is and how to remove it?

Thank you in advance.

No worries, it looks like you (or perhaps an app you installed recently) just added a new color picker. Just look in /Library/ColorPickers/ and in ~/Library/ColorPickers/ (~ is your home folder) and remove anything that's in them—there should be a single file with the .colorPicker extension. (You should also be able to identify what exactly it is this way by taking note of the name.)
