Change default 'access restricted' web page

Hi,

I'm experimenting with blocking web sites for my own well-being, and wanted to use parental controls to do so. Unfortunately, I know the administrator password, so if I go to a blocked site, the page that comes up makes it very easy for me to access it (I just have to click 'add web site' and enter the password).

Basically, I want to change this 'Access Restricted' web page so that it doesn't give me that option. I know I can just go in system preferences and change it so I can see the site anyway, but if the option isn't jumping out at me I may be less tempted to use it.

Any thoughts where I can find the file and change it?
