Hello,

Can someone help me with this Terminal command? I am trying to convert an .ISO to an .IMG to make a bootable flash drive with Ubuntu on it.

Thanks,
Chris

hdiutil convert -format UDRW -o "/Users/Christopher/ubuntu.img" "/Users/Christopher/ubuntu-10.10-desktop-i386.iso"

Executing that command does create a dmg regardless of the extension you command. Have you tried executing that and simply removing the dmg extension at the end?
