Upgrading MAC OS X version 10.4.8 to Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

I have Mac machine with below config which I need to upgrade with latest Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Existing Machine Configuration: ---------------------------- Mac OS - MAC OS X version 10.4.8 Processor - 2 X 2.66 GHz Dual Core Intel Xeon Ram - 2 GB RAM Please let me know whether I can upgrade this with Snow Leopard 10.6.
