Customizing Panther?

How well are we going to be able to change themes and icons in Panther? I am really hoping we will be able to change themes and icons, I have my PB all customized how I like it in Jag, seems panther doesn't work with Duality and CandyBar. Correct me if I am wrong.. :confused:

According to macminute icon change, candybar etc is gearing up for panther ports.
