Generic Icons On Dock...

Okay more Snow Leopard issues...

When I try to add my Documents folder (with a custom icon) to the Dock (at the end, next to the trash), it only gives me a generic RTF page icon...?!

I played around, and sometimes it'll do the same to folders from the desktop, sometimes it'll put the icon there...?

Any ideas...?

Right click on the dock icon (Folder), and make sure that "display as" is marked as folder
