Hi,

i have a new macbook pro and motorola MB525 smart phone. I can't get the phone to commumicate with the macbook... it is 'paired' in bluetooth, but not connecting - and when plugged into the macbook the "macbook does not recognised the installed device" screen shows. i've tried every setting i can see to fiddle with, any one have any wisom - all i really need to do is download video and photos to the macbook: thanks guys!

Because Apple doesn't support that phone. Unless you can get Mac drivers for it, it's not going to work.
