Problem with my laptop resolution

Problem with my laptop resolution after setup mac osx 10.5.5:

first : my video card is intel x3100 (this was Written in EVEREST Ultimate Edition )

and i have Chosen this video card when i was installing the mac

my screen resolution is 1280800 P

but after the mac starts the screen was 1024768 P

any one can help me Please

what is the problem ???????????

and there is anther Q :

how can i install programs and drivers on my mac

There is some confusion here. I'm assuming you're asking about the graphics capability after you installed Windows on your MacBook?

Boot to Windows. Insert your Leopard DVD. The automatic drive installation will start. Note that there are updated drivers available from the Intel site for the GMA X3100. I suggest going there after you install drivers from the DVD and update to the newest ones.

So, you've installed OS X on an unsupported system, in violation of the licensing agreement. And you're having problems.

Gee, I wonder why.

In any event, the forum rules prevent discussion of illegal activity, so you're on your own.

That's a no-no. Cannot install OS X on a Windows-based machine.
