Hi All,

I am trying to delete the websites from the URL bar and the just won't go away!

I have:

- reset safari
- emptied the cache
- cleared history

Then, when i type in "www." in the URL bar, it has a list of all the sites I have been to. i have done the above in my admin account and in the guest account i have and it still doesn't erase it.

Anyone else have this problem? I called Apple and they had me re-install Tiger but then it still does it.

Help.

Thanks,

Go to preferences, go to autofill and hit the edit button next to 'other forms' and delete everything. See if that does it?

Thanks, but that doesn't do it either. Seems like I am stuck with the history. At least the pron swites didn't show up on it (thank god).

You can try removing the Users -> user name -> Library -> Preferences -> com.apple.Safari.plist file.
