Do nothing and don't run AV software as there are no viruses for Mac OS X. Have you read the read files for ClamXav?

What you're seeing is that certain files are locked for exclusive access and/or no permission, so they end up being errors to ClamXAV since it doesn't know what to do with them. Nothing to worry about here.
Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
