cant connecto to internet

Hello everyone, im new to the forum.

i have a problem for the past 2 days with my macbook. i cant connect to the server or internet but the wifi works perfect, i get full signal but cant connect on internet. it did the other day and worked again but now its just not owrking at all. i was wondering if there was a solution to this problem without taking it to an apple store.

Do you have any static ip addresses set up for your airport connection? Instead of letting the router assign them? Also is it only doing this at a certain place eg work/home? Can you connect to other wireless networks?
