I got home from work today and opened my Safari (5.0). A new toolbar was sitting on top. I couldn't delete it, and couldn't hide it even with the View menu.

I finally went to Finder - Applications and found under Toolbars something called "Free TV Bar C3". Funny thing is it was dated a few months ago. I deleted it, and the offending toolbar disappeared.

What is this? Has anyone come across it? I hope I'm not getting myself into malware on my mac. The only unusual thing I can think of is that my son used my computer today. Maybe he installed something?

Turns out it's something to do with Oryte? Don't know what it is or how it got there.

Oryte - Google Search

...online gaming toolbar!
I'd be guessing that today isn't the first time your son accessed your computer
