Some of my folders are locked. Fonts for instance wont allow me to add any fonts to it, and this really sucks because I am into graphics and I need the ability to download new fonts.

I don't know how safe this would be, but you could try changing the permissions of the folder (apple-I) so that you own the folder, then you can unlock it and change them back to what they were when you're done.
I'm in your forums, writing sentences in a grammatically acceptable manner.

You might try, running disk utikity and check your permissions

How do I run disc Utillity, or change the permissions. And to be a little more clear I tried again and it says "The library can not be changed" not the font folder...

Ok which fonts folder are you trying to drag them to? The
/Library/Fonts/
or
/Users/username/Library/Fonts
folder?
Drag them into the second one.. if that is still not working please post and Ill tell you what to do in that case
