clock displays wrong time

I hope this is the right forum for this thread.
My MB's clock is a few minutes fast. Currently it displays 10:02 AM and my phone shows 9:59 AM.
I have Set Date and Time Automatically selected in system preferences.
I did some searching on this issue and found this problem occurs when people run Bootcamp, but I am not running Bootcamp.
I am on Snow Leopard 10.6.4

I know 3 minutes doesn't seem like much, but I fear that the time will continually get further and further off. THought it best to nip this in the bud.

Any help is appreciated.
