Is there a keyboard shortcut for right-click?

Is there a keyboard shortcut that I can press to keep from having to reach for the mouse or trackpad to right-click on something? This really disturbs my flow while I am working and I would love to know about any key combination that might be out there. Thanks!- Currently using a MacBook Pro running OS X Mavericks

I have read that enabling 'mouse keys' will enable 'ctrl + 5' to open the context menu.
I only have notebooks here and this option is not available on my Macs. You need to have a keyboard with a number pad.
Open up System Preferences and do a search for 'mouse keys' to turn it on.I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
