    Custom shortcut to open Terminal
I want to be able to hit a shortcut command, and have the terminal open up. I know in the keyboard and mouse settings there is a section about shortcuts, but after going through the help documentation a little, i don't think that these shortcuts can open up a program, but are rather for shortcuts inside the program. Is there any way to make it so whenever i hit a certain command, no matter what i'm doing, it will always open up a terminal?
